KIDS come first, lesson programs designed specifically for them!”

  • All my students feel like rock stars! Because I make sure each lesson is both fun and enriching.
  • I provide a clear lesson plan complete with goals, achievement levels, performances and regular evaluations.
  • I use a song based teaching system so my students are learning songs they love while they get the academic benefits of music.
  • I don’t overbook myself so my current clients get the full benefit of my energy.
  • Music lessons have other great benefits like: Better grades, higher self esteem, more confidence, and good social skills. I’ve seen this proven over and over, and I know that I’m teaching so much more than music.

“I’m exclusive. I have an incredibly high success rate because I only work with students that are truly excited about music!”

  1. Music is a Science.
  2. Music is Mathematical.
  3. Music is a Foreign Language.
  4. Music is History.
  5. Music is Physical Education.
  6. Music Develops Insight and Demands Research.
  7. Music is all these things, but most of all, Music is Art.

That is why we teach music:

Not because we expect you to major in music…
Not because we expect you to play or sing all your life…
But so you will be human…
So you will recognize beauty…
So you will be closer to an infinite beyond this world…
So you will have something to cling to…
So you will have more love, more compassion, more gentleness, more good —
in short, more LIFE.

// DPV’s policies:

48 Hours notice needed, unless sick or emergency?  “I know, first hand, the value and benefit given to students that stay engaged in weekly lessons.  Some disciplines have the ability to simply replace the missed lesson with a video lesson, and the student can view it whenever possible during that week.  For the other disciplines it just ends up as a skipped week, as I also know how busy and crazy families schedules can be…so we don’t do reschedules.  We will however, check in on the students progress and make recommendations as to what they can be working on.” (package permitting).

If the student is under 18 years old, an adult must be present at the lesson location for the entire lesson duration.
